Why Koehler
Search for a plumber around here and you mostly find franchises and three-trade outfits: a call center in another city, a dispatch pool of technicians you have never met, and an HVAC quote waiting at the end of the visit. We are the other thing - one licensed plumbing company that has worked on houses in this county since 1996, run by the man whose name is on it.
That has practical consequences. The person who prices your job is the person who does it, so nobody is selling work he will not have to stand behind. Nothing gets opened, ordered or removed before you have seen a number. And because we only work on homes, we know the housing stock: the 1990s subdivisions off Sawmill and Home Road, the older streets in Delaware and Worthington, and what central Ohio water quietly does to a water heater over ten years.
It also means we say no sometimes. If the honest answer is that a nine-year-old tank is not worth another repair bill, or that the job belongs to somebody else, that is what you will hear.

“Keith has done several jobs for us on multiple occasions. He has been available in the evenings as well as on Saturday mornings when it was an emergency. On one occasion, after finishing the job at our house, he willingly walked over to my neighbor's house to help her with her toilet that had broken and was able to fix it right on the spot. He is beyond generous and always informative about the problem at hand. He will tell you what you SHOULD spend our money on and what isn't necessary. I love this about him! I continue to recommend him to everyone I know.”
